Youth Training Program
For our youth athletes, ages 6-12, we put an extreme focus on development, mechanics, fundamentals. We want to be able to give them the greatest insight to allow for them to be the best athletes on the playing field when competiting amongst their peers. Teaching them the nuances of running mechanics, speed and agility work, change of direction, football specific drill work, as well as weight room training. Utiliziing resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, tires & ropes, and much more in our weight training program.
We do not put stipulations on young athletes during this time of their development, because there is a lot of growth that is still taking place, so we to train our athletes to be athletes; by playing multiple positions & encourage them to play multiple sports.
These are the years to generate the building blocks for stellar athletes. We want to be able to invite our youth to our training to better enhance their skill sets, as well as their overall well-being as a human. We want to mold strong, young girls & boys into strong men & women of the future.
