This book was created to give six strategies that I, Coach DB, personally utilized during my collegiate & professional career. Many times student-athletes can feel overwhelmed with their daily workload; class, practice, meetings, weight lifting, study hall, as well as their social development. Any individual can use the six strategies to increase thier productivity & manage theri daily schedules.
The sport of football has taught me so many life lessons & these six startegies can assist in achieving anu individuals goals and dreams, but more specifically this book speaks to the next generation of student athletes looking to embark on their athletic journey to the next level; whatever the NEXT LEVEL maybe. Student-athletes can use this book as a guide on how to boost productivity & manage their time wisely while navigating their athletic journey.
